The long noncoding RNA AATBC promotes breast cancer migration and invasion by interacting with YBX1 and activating the YAP1/Hippo signaling pathway

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in the regulation of gene expression and are involved several pathological responses. However, many lncRNAs breast cancer have not been identified their levels functions remain unknown. In this study, lncRNA apoptosis-associated transcript bladder (AATBC) was found to be significantly highly expressed patients. vitro vivo experiments indicated that AATBC promoted metastasis. Further studies revealed activated YAP1/Hippo signaling pathway through AATBC-YBX1-MST1 axis. This is also supplement composition pathway. The model “AATBC-YAP1” may bring a new dawn treatment cancer.
